1. Access codes & device binding

An access code entitles you to the number of assessments stated at purchase: 1-Time Use (one complete assessment, one subject) or 3-Times Use (up to three attempts). School packages (50/100/200 uses) provide a shared pool of uses for one school.
A code binds to the first device/browser that uses it. An unused code may be moved to another device (e.g. you bought it for a different computer); once redemption has started, a 1- or 3-time code stays on that device. School codes may be entered on any school computer while uses remain.
Each completed assessment consumes one use — including retakes. Closing the browser mid-assessment does not refund a use unless the assessment did not record a result; contact us and we will restore it.
Codes expire 12 months after purchase (school packages: 12 months from issue). Keep your code email — it is your proof of purchase and the only way to recover a code without your payment reference.
Codes are delivered on screen at purchase and by email. You are responsible for the email address you enter at checkout.

2. Permitted use of results

TRACK is an informational screening gauge for parents, students and schools. It is not a clinical or diagnostic tool and does not diagnose learning difficulties or conditions.
Results indicate a working level against internationally referenced grade-level expectations and should be interpreted alongside teacher observation and other assessments.
Results may be printed or saved for personal or school use. They may not be resold, published as your own product, or presented as an official examination result.

3. School packages

A school code may be shared across the purchasing school's own computers within one campus. Sharing a code with other schools, tutoring businesses (beyond your own enrolled students), or the public is not permitted.
Schools may request a VAT-style invoice at [email protected] — include the payment reference.
We may revoke a school code and refund the unused balance if these terms are breached.

4. Refunds

14-day guarantee for unused codes: if your code has not been redeemed, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no reason needed.
Partially used codes: if a code is redeemed but the assessment failed to work properly on our side (e.g. technical fault prevented a result), we will restore the use or refund that use.
Used codes generally cannot be refunded — an assessment that has been completed has delivered its value, even if the result surprised you. This mirrors exam-board practice: results are not returnable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Paystack, typically within 5–10 business days.
To request a refund: email [email protected] with your payment reference. We will always answer a genuine complaint fairly — these terms are the floor, not a wall.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share, resell, scrape, publish or transfer codes or results outside the uses described above;
Attempt to generate, guess, reverse-engineer or bypass access codes, session tokens, rate limits or the device-binding mechanism;
Automate access to the assessment (bots, scripts, mass redemption);
Copy our question content — question banks are our property and protected by copyright;
Use the service to harass, or submit content intended to disrupt the service for others.

Enforcement: breaching this section lets us revoke the affected code(s) immediately without refund of used attempts (unused attempts on a partially-abused school code will be refunded). Serious abuse (automated attacks, content theft) may lead to a ban on future purchases.

6. Availability & support

We aim for the service to be available at all times and perform maintenance outside peak hours, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime does not consume uses (sessions survive and resume).

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. TRACK does not guarantee any particular academic outcome; it gauges current level at the moment of assessment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the access code(s) concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost study time, tutoring costs, exam fees). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Our content

The TRACK name, question banks, adaptive engine, report design and website are our property (or licensed to us). You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them through valid access codes. All rights not granted here are reserved.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes with them, and material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days. Continuing to use a code after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
